Karate Award
At the end of November two St Teilo's pupils gained exam success in Karate. Pictured are Olivia Tomp who is now ranked as a Purple belt and Harry Thomas who has moved up to a Red Belt.
Irish Dancing
Meg Bridges of Year 5 took part in the British Regional Championships in Gorseinon on 3 December and can be seen proudly with her medals she won during the competition.
Phoenix Invitational Gymnastics Competition
Josie and Gwen Dodd recently travelled to Cardiff to take part in the Phoenix competition and did extremely well, with Josie coming 2nd on the Trampete and Gwen getting a 1st on the Trampete and a 2nd place overall - well done Girls!
CAFOD winners
Activities continued through the school during the month of December to raise money for the Worlds poorest communities and pictured are just some of the winners and the organisers - a great effort by all for a very worthy cause.
The Bible Explorer Society Visit
The school was visited by the Bible Explorer Society and involved with many activities with the Children in the school. Class 4 were given lessons on the Old Testament and taught actions to depict the the stories which they then presented to the rest of the school. For their hard work, Miss Robyn Welsby of the Bible Explorer Society presented Class 4 with Bible Explorer Certificates and all Children in years 1-6 were presented with a personal Bible to take home and keep.

Special Christmas Library visitors
During the last week of term, the Children of St Teilo's were very lucky to be visited by two special visitors during their weekly library sessions, Mrs Santa Claus and Santa's Elf kindly dropped in to give a welcome helping hand.
St Teilos' School Choir visit Sainsbury's!
Following the success of the Christmas School and Church Choir service at St Teilo's Church, the School Choir were cordially invited to sing outside Sainsburys in Park rd, Tenby. The Children sang their hearts out accompanied by the one and only Mrs Margaret Blackledge on keyboards and for the one hour they sang, shoppers, staff and Parents showed great Christmas spirit and even joined in a chorus or two - Thankyou to all who supported the Children and School.
County Football Selection
Zac Rowell and Elliott Wherrett of Class 4 have been selected as part of the Pembrokeshire Primary Schools’ Football Squad and will next be taking on the Swansea Schools on Sunday 8 January.
